You accept the quote in your account, pay the advance, and we begin. You review a proof, request changes if needed, approve it, and download your files.

No. Every job is quoted after a human reviews the actual file, because the work needed varies a lot between a clean logo and a damaged AI image. The file check itself is free.

Yes. Choose “Artwork files only”. You'll receive the prepared files and can order printing separately, any time.

Whatever is agreed in your quote — commonly an editable vector EPS, a vector PDF and a transparent PNG for vector work, or a print-ready PDF where the design needs photographic content kept as raster. An Adobe Illustrator (.ai) source file is included when one is genuinely produced. SVG is available as an optional extra.

Where the design is suitable, yes — real vector paths you or any printer can edit. Where parts of the design are photographic or use gradients and textures that should stay as raster, we say so before you approve the scope and deliver an appropriate print-ready or mixed file. We never place a PNG inside an EPS and call it a vector.

Sometimes. Enlargement can't recover detail that was never in the file. We assess your image at the size you want and tell you the largest size it holds up at, or whether redrawing it is the better route.

The number is stated on your accepted quote. Further rounds are quoted separately.

After you accept the quote, you'll see verified payment details in your account. Pay the advance and upload your receipt; our team verifies it before work begins. Uploading a receipt does not by itself start the job.

Yes. Files are stored privately and are only accessible to you and the assigned team through your account. We never use uploaded artwork publicly without your written permission.

Yes. Once your artwork is approved, you can request printing from the approved file. The printing order is priced, paid and produced separately, and if the print size or material differs from the proof we'll prepare a production proof first.
