Every other product — cake boxes, food packaging, soap packaging, and everything else in the catalog — is quoted individually on WhatsApp, usually within a few hours, so pricing can reflect your exact size, material, and finish.

Most of our packaging is custom-cut to your exact size, material, and finish, so an accurate price needs a quick conversation first. Stickers and labels are standardized enough that we can price them instantly online — everything else gets a same-day quote instead.

Yes — physical sample packs start at Rs. 3,000 for a 5-product kit, and the sample credit can be adjusted on qualifying first bulk orders. Tell us which products you want to inspect and we'll confirm the mix before dispatch.

The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces for Stickers & Labels, Thank You Cards and Clothing Tags, and 100 pieces for Mailer Boxes — all ordered directly online. Every other product's minimum depends on the item — send us your quantity on WhatsApp and we'll confirm it with your quote.

Quotes come back the same day for most products. Once you approve pricing, we send a digital proof within 24–48 hours. Production runs 7–10 days after proof approval, then delivery nationwide via TCS, Leopards, or M&P. The clock only starts once artwork and payment terms are confirmed — incomplete files are the most common cause of delay.

AI, PDF, or EPS preferred, at 300 DPI minimum (600 DPI for detailed designs), in CMYK colour mode with 3mm bleed and a 3mm safe zone inside the cut line. Fonts should be outlined or embedded. Three come up constantly: sending RGB files instead of CMYK (colours shift on press), skipping the 3mm bleed so trimmed edges show a white sliver, and confirming a size or quantity verbally without it being in the written quote. All three are easy to avoid — our proof step exists specifically to catch them before production starts, not after.
