How to Prepare Print-Ready Files
A practical guide to sending us files that produce perfect prints every time.
Formats
What We Accept
Preferred Formats ✓
AI, print-ready PDF, and EPS vector files.
Acceptable Formats
PSD, transparent PNG, high-resolution JPG, and TIFF.
Not Accepted ✗
Word docs, PowerPoint files, screenshots, and low-resolution social media images.
Technical Specifications
What Your File Needs
Colour Mode
CMYK preferred. RGB files can be converted with slight colour shift. Provide Pantone codes for exact matching.
Resolution
300 DPI minimum at final print size. 600 DPI recommended for detailed work.
Bleed and Margins
3mm bleed on all sides and 3mm safe zone inside the cut line.
Fonts
Convert fonts to outlines or include font files. Embedded PDF fonts are fine.
File Size
Up to 50MB via WhatsApp. Larger files via WeTransfer or Google Drive.
Common Problems
Pixelated logos, missing fonts, RGB colour shifts, and text too close to edges.

Logo touch-up starts at Rs. 1,500. Full artwork preparation is Rs. 3,000–6,000. Custom design from scratch is Rs. 3,000–15,000.
