When you contact us or place an order, we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, business name, and the artwork files you send us. We also receive standard analytics data (pages visited, device type) when you browse this site.
How We Use Your Information
We use your details to prepare quotes, produce and deliver your orders, share digital proofs, coordinate payments, and provide reorder support. Stored artwork lets us reprint your products consistently. We may send order-related updates via WhatsApp or email.
Artwork & Files
Your artwork remains your property. We store print files securely so reorders are faster, and we never share, resell, or reuse your designs for any other customer or purpose.
Payment Information
Payments are made by bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa directly to our accounts. We do not store card details and do not process card payments on this website.
Sharing With Third Parties
We share delivery details (name, phone, address) with courier partners — TCS, Leopards, and M&P — solely to deliver your order. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Data Retention & Your Rights
We keep order records and artwork for reorder convenience. You can ask us to update or delete your stored details and files at any time by messaging +92 336 4266642 or emailing hello@prints.com.pk.
