Terms of Service
Ordering, payment, production, delivery, and reprint terms for custom packaging orders.
Orders & Quotes
Quotes are shared over WhatsApp or email and remain valid for 14 days. An order is confirmed once you approve the quote and complete payment. Minimum order quantities apply per product (typically 100 pieces; labels from 500).
Payment Terms
Full payment (100%) is required upfront before production starts. We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. Cash on delivery is not available for custom-printed orders.
Proofs & Approval
Every order receives a digital proof within 24–48 hours of payment. Production starts only after your written approval. Please review spelling, colours, and dimensions carefully — approved proofs define the accepted final output.
Production & Tolerances
Standard production is 7–10 business days after proof approval; rush production (3–5 days, +30%) is subject to schedule availability. Industry-standard tolerances apply: ±5% quantity on bulk runs, minor colour variation within CMYK/Pantone tolerance, and 0.5mm die-cut tolerance.
Delivery
We ship nationwide via TCS, Leopards, and M&P. Delivery charges depend on parcel weight, size, and destination and are confirmed before production. Transit times are estimates and courier delays are outside our control. Report transit damage within 24 hours with photos.
Reprints & Refunds
If your order does not match the approved proof in material, print quality, or die-cutting, we reprint it at no charge. Refunds are issued where a reprint is not possible. Errors present in customer-approved artwork (spelling, layout, low-resolution files) are not covered.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
You confirm you own or are licensed to use all artwork you submit. You retain full rights to your designs; we retain the right to photograph finished products for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
