Often yes. Send us the AI-generated image and tell us the product and size you want. A person checks whether the file holds up at that size and finish, and replies with what's needed to get it printed. Some images work as-is, some need preparation, and some aren't suitable for the size or finish requested — the check tells you which.

Yes. A flattened PNG or JPG is fine to send for the free check. Whether it can be printed at your size depends on its resolution and content, which is exactly what the assessment looks at. Send the original export from your AI tool at the largest size available, ideally as a file attachment rather than pasted into a chat.

No. You don't need an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file or any layered source file to start. If your design needs elements rebuilt, our team does that as part of the quoted preparation work.

In many cases, yes — AI images often have warped or misspelled text, and recreating that text cleanly is part of Rebuild & Print. We can't promise a perfect match to a specific font unless you tell us which font to use, and heavily stylised lettering may need to be redrawn. The quote states what's included.

Usually, yes, for stickers and labels where you want a clean shape or a transparent cut-out. Very fine detail like loose hair or soft shadows against a busy background is harder and may look slightly different once separated. The assessment will say how clean a result to expect.

No — screen colour and printed colour are never an exact match. Screens emit light and printers lay down ink, so bright or neon tones in particular print more muted. We print to a digital proof you approve first, and if you have specific brand colours you can share the Pantone or CMYK values for the closest possible match.

A packaging mockup — a rendered 3D box or a photo of a design on a product — is a picture, not artwork a printer can use. We can rebuild the design as flat, print-ready artwork on a proper dieline for the box size and style you need. This is reconstruction work and is quoted accordingly.

Yes. Assessing your supplied image at the requested size, and telling you the recommended next step, is free. It does not include any artwork editing.

It can. The free check covers assessment only. If your file needs preparation or reconstruction to print well, that work is quoted after the review, separately from the printing price. Some files need only minor adjustments; others need substantial rebuilding.

Artwork-only work isn't assumed to be part of this service. If that's what you need, say so in your enquiry and the team will confirm in the quote whether it can be done on its own and on what terms.

Editable source files aren't included by default. If you need the layered or vector artwork handed over, ask when you request the quote and the team will confirm whether that's possible and any terms attached.

Yes. Once a design is prepared and approved, we keep the production file so you can reorder it. Reprinting the same, unchanged, suitable artwork normally avoids a fresh preparation charge — but current product specifications and pricing are reconfirmed at the time you reorder, and any change to the design can require new preparation.

Minimum order quantities depend on the product. For stickers, labels, thank-you cards and clothing tags the catalog minimum is 50 pieces; mailer boxes start from 100. For other packaging the team will confirm the minimum for the product you want.

There are three separate stages. Artwork preparation time depends on how much work the file needs and is confirmed in your quote. After you approve the proof, standard production takes 7–10 working days, with rush production sometimes available in 3–5 working days at an additional charge. Delivery time on top of that depends on your city.
